Julie Mellen
Senior Associate Julie Mellen is a career and organizational consultant, facilitator and coach. She has over 25 years of experience in career transition, coaching and helping leaders and organizations successfully manage change. Julie is consistently recognized for her professionalism, enthusiasm and ability to work with leaders and managers from a broad range of industries. She has provided services to organizations including Microsoft, Boeing, MultiCare, Virginia Mason Medical Center, Swedish Medical Center, Group Health, Blue Cross, Bank of America, Bank of Tokyo, AT&T, Siemens, Port of Seattle, King County, Intermec, British Petroleum, Immunex, Bristol Meyer Squibb and Starbucks. Julie has a masters degree in Systems Theory and certifications in Organizational Systems Renewal and Individual & Organizational Coaching.

Nancy McCaughey

Nancy McCaughey
Senior Associate Nancy McCaughey is a certified executive and career coach and experienced group facilitator assisting individuals and organizations on important issues regarding leadership effectiveness, career development/transition and team performance. She has coached clients in many industries including healthcare/biotech, technology, education, law, travel and financial services. Nancy has 25 years of experience in senior management and business development positions with international corporations. She is recognized for her listening and communication skills, authenticity and insightful feedback that help clients develop skills and strategies to achieve career success and satisfaction. Nancy has a bachelors degree in Human Ecology from Michigan State University and is a Certified Professional Coach from Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara; she is also certified to administer a variety of assessment tools for individuals and organizations.

David Hunter

David Hunter
Senior Associate David Hunter is a consultant and certified coach who has led numerous coaching, team building, leadership development, strategic planning and corporate restructuring projects throughout the United States and in the Middle East. He received a masters degree in Hospital Administration from the University of Michigan and a bachelors degree from Bowdoin College. David is a graduate of Corporate Coach University and has achieved certification as a Behavior, Values and Attribute Analyst. He is a member of the International Coach Federation, International Coaching Council and the International Association of Coaches.
